At Esthetica we completely understand that things can come up at the last minute and can assure you that we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances and keep deposit retention as minimal as possible. Unfortunately online booking deposits are chargeable if less than the 48hr notice period is given for cancellation. For a no show a deposit will be lost and a payment will be required in full upon rebooking.
Please be kind enough to provide me with 48 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Please email at sam@estheticaclinic.com or you can call or send a text, my contact number is listed on the home and contact page.
All clients are given the opportunity to provide me with an email address to confirm, reschedule or cancel their appointment within our 48hr cancellation notice period. My system sends these automatically and tracks their dispatch.
1. Failure to provide 48hrs notice of cancellation will result in the instant loss of your deposit. If you rebook the same treatment that you are cancelling you may be given up to a 20% off discount on the rebooking treatment, however this will need to be paid for and booked on the day of cancelling.
2. Failure to show for your appointment will result in instant loss of your deposit and full payment being taken in advance for future bookings.
3. If you are running late please be kind enough to notify me so that I can plan your treatment accordingly this may involve decreasing treatment time or rearranging to a different time on the same day if availability allows to avoid unnecessary cancellation fees.
